In an effort to make you fall in love with the Barn
and to further extend your enjoyment of Castle Rock,
we are sharing some of our favorite Castle Rock businesses.

Most are within walking distance and we are happy to hold your purchases until you return (for Barn shopping - phase 2).

Of course most of them involve food and rightfully so!

Pegasus
2 blocks west of the Barn on Jerry
Pegasus is the place to take your hungry husband and finicky kids.
Salads, burritos, stuffed grape leaves and the best mushroom swiss burger. Add fresh avocado and extra crisp the fries, full and happy,
you'll want to come to shop at the Barn to walk it off.

Dream Pastries
1/2 block north of the Barn just past the fire station
Nice for when you need a little "girl" food.
Quiche, panini, fresh pastries, breads and
other delicious lite fare consumables.
Delicious seasonal soups and the best potato salad ever.
Oh yeah and don't forget the chocolate!
Sweet little patio for those sunny winter days.

Augustine Grill
Sitting pretty on the corner of 6th and Wilcox
Another location for delicious "girl" fare
in a beautifully converted victorian house,
Augustine Grill provides a lovely respite from a day of shopping.
Candles and cloth napkins makes for the perfect
girls day out luncheon or birthday and shopping field trip.
Warm quiche or fantastic french onion soup combined with
a raspberry vinagrette dressed salad and side of fruit
make this a favorite for many of our shoppers.

Skadoodles
Located on 6th St.
(photo coming soon...)
This sweet building is the original guest house of the
pre-Augustine Grill victorian home.
Pastries and antiques, need I say more?

Yolanda's
On the corner of 2nd and Wilcox
Yolanda's on-the-premises-made fresh tortilla chips
are the perfect base for their chicken nachos.
Big enough to share with a loved one, loaded with chicken chunks,
great refried beans and the best dang salsa ever,
ask for extra cilantro and you may just keep this one for yourself.
If the all too-delicious and varied menu makes the decisions hard,
one of their tostada plates will satisfy.
Grab a cup of coffee from next door at Daz Bog
and walk those nachos off as you
return to the Barn
to pick up your car and that present
you forgot to get for your mother-in-law.

Siena
Across the street on the square
Martinis, wine and shishi pizzas,
Siena is a favorite for the Barnies after work gatherings.
Occasional live jazz and a contemporary interior makes for a
light-hearted afternoon rest stop.

Stash
Corner of 3rd and Jerry
At Stash, you'll find everything you need for needle arts.
Shop the large selection of yarn, needles, patterns,
fabrics (including the amazing Amy Butler fabrics!),
and sign up to take one of many classes
whether you're a beginner or a pro!
(Crystal is a former "Barnie"!)

Bling!
In the square with Siena
If your feet are killing you and have suffered enough for fashion,
pick up a pair of Crocs and get back to the real business at hand... shopping...at the Barn!
